Roasters Descriptions:
Sumatra Mandehling: Full-bodied with a buttery, rich finish and low acidity.
Gibraltar’s Rock Blend: Our best-selling coffee, this classic moka java combines Indonesian wild earthy flavors with the chocolate and fruit notes from one of Africa’s super premium beans.
Ethiopian : One of our most unusual offerings, this Ethiopian bean is dry processed and lightly roasted, contributing to flavor notes of blueberry and chocolate. Brew this one strong, and prepare for a great cup. This is not your grandmother’s coffee!
Guatemala Huehuetenango: A deep and dark roast, our “Huehue” is medium-bodied and possesses a rich, carmelized flavor.
Ferry Crossing Breakfast Blend: A blend of Central American coffees roasted to light, medium and dark levels, capturing a complexity of flavors. Easy-to-drink, and smooth. A coffeehouse favorite.
Susie the Duck’s Decaf: A carefully chosen blend of deep-bodied Indonesian and crisp South American beans. Medium roast. For people who like the taste of good coffee but prefer to avoid caffeine.
Duck’s Dark: Our same popular specialty decaf blend, taken to a deeper, darker and complex roast.
Classic French Roast: Dark and bold. Roasted to the edge and then brought back for residual sweetness.
